Affogato
Is it a drink? Or is it a dessert? Who cares - it's delicious, is the correct answer. This recipe is about as simple as you can hope for, while also being as tasty as can be.
Ingredients
- Double shot of FiXX espresso (or strong brewed coffee - approx 50ml)
- Vanilla ice-cream (to taste)
Method
- Scoop your ice cream into a glass, cup, or bowl and pour it over your coffee. It's that simple.
- Sprinkle with chocolate if you like, or drizzle with caramel sauce. You could also top it with flaked almonds or chopped hazelnuts.
Substitute the vanilla ice-cream with a different flavour.
