Delivery Method and Timing:

Subject to stock availability goods are dispatched within 24 hours, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Deliveries are made by courier.

Estimated time of deliveries: 

Couriers (DPD and DHL Express Worldwide):

  • Ireland – 1- 2 working days*
  • UK & Europe – 3 - 5 working day*
  • US & Canada – 4 - 6 working day*
  • Rest Of World  – 5 - 10 working days*

*transit times are postcode dependent.

Refund and Return Policy:

In the event that your goods are damaged in transit please contact us to arrange return of the goods within 14 days. The goods will promptly be replaced and any additional agreed costs incurred by you will be reimbursed.

In the event that your goods are lost every effort will be made to locate the package and if not located, your order will be replaced.

If you are unhappy with the quality or condition of our goods, please contact us within 14 days for a full refund or replacement. 

To return your order, ensure the contents are securely packaged, enclose your name and address and forward to:

Should you decide to cancel your order and the goods have not yet been shipped then we will refund your transaction amount in full.

Prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable.

If your order is on route to you then we request that you return the goods to us and upon receipt we will refund the cost of the goods less any delivery charges incurred.


Payment can be made by secure payment method online with Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Union Pay and AMEX. We will continue to update payment methods on an ongoing basis.

Offline Payments by Bank Transfer (made payable to Hancock & Abberton) can also be made. Upon clearance of your payment, your order will be dispatched. 

Corporate and Trade customers can avail of a credit account subject to trade references and application approval. 

Product Availability:

In the event that an item is out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible and will be provided with the following options:

1) Substitutions of the product.
2) Await stock availability.
3) Be given a full refund.
