Mocha Mousse

What's better than delicious? Simple and delicious, that's what. Four ingredients and four steps. What could go wrong! A no-nonsense treat that can be paired with an espresso to create an Espresso Con Mocha-Panna type thing! For this recipe, you will need.

Ingredients

• 250ml Double Cream
• 60ml of your Favourite FiXX
• 15g Abyss Chocolate powder (plus extra for dusting)
• 15g Sugar 

Method

1. Brew your coffee however you like it and allow it to cool. We recommend using FiXX Organic for an extra chocolatey flavour kick, brewed using a Moka pot or French Press.
2. Next, add your chocolate powder and sugar to a bowl and pour your cream on top.Whip these together until peaks begin to form.
3. Slowly add your coffee while you continue to beat.
4. Once thoroughly combined, place your bowl in the fridge for an hour to firm up. When ready to serve, dust with chocolate and enjoy.
