Mocha Mousse
What's better than delicious? Simple and delicious, that's what. Four ingredients and four steps. What could go wrong! A no-nonsense treat that can be paired with an espresso to create an Espresso Con Mocha-Panna type thing! For this recipe, you will need.
Ingredients
- 250ml Double Cream
- 60ml of your Favourite FiXX
- 15g Abyss Chocolate powder (plus extra for dusting)
- 15g Sugar
Method
- Brew your coffee however you like it and allow it to cool. We recommend using FiXX Organic for an extra chocolatey flavour kick, brewed using a Moka pot or French Press.
- Next, add your chocolate powder and sugar to a bowl and pour your cream on top.Whip these together until peaks begin to form.
- Slowly add your coffee while you continue to beat.
- Once thoroughly combined, place your bowl in the fridge for an hour to firm up. When ready to serve, dust with chocolate and enjoy.
