Irish Mint Mocha

Get into the festive spirit with this deliciously decedent hot coffee cocktail. Combining the flavours of chocolate, mint, whiskey and your favourite FiXX, this drink will be the perfect after-dinner crowd pleaser. 

 Ingredients

• 25ml of FiXX espresso (or strong brewed FiXX)
• 25ml Irish Whiskey
• 25ml Mint Liqueur (Crème de menthe)
• 14g chocolate powder
• Steamed milk to taste

 Method

1. In your mug or vessel of choice, add your chocolate powder, FiXX espresso, whiskey and mint liqueur.
2. Used a whisk to mix well and combine into a smooth paste.
3. Top up with steamed milk. You can heat this in a pan on your stovetop. Just don't boil the milk.
4. Then just dust with chocolate powder and serve. Enjoy!
