FiXX Coffee is a Certified B Corp

FiXX Coffee is a Certified B Corp

In 2025, FiXX Coffee began a journey towards becoming a Certified B Corp. And like all worthwhile journeys, it was both challenging and rewarding. Becoming a B Corp is one of the few certifications that measure a company’s holistic social and environmental performance. Their process evaluates how a company’s operations and business model impact its workers, community, environment, and customers.

At FiXX, high standards have always guided us. Becoming certified by B Lab as a B Corp makes that commitment visible and constantly verifiable. A credible way to demonstrate that comitment to our customers, partners, and community.

What Does it Mean?

Certified B Corporations™ (B Corps™) are businesses assessed against rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability. It’s not a badge. It’s a benchmark. A framework that asks better questions about how a business operates — and who it exists to serve.

Every B Corp publishes a public profile outlining key aspects of its impact performance to build trust. This practice promotes transparency and ensures credibility with consumers, investors, and partners. You can find our FiXX Coffee page right here, and learn more about B Lab and its incredible standards on their website here.

Why It Matters?

For us, coffee is about connection. Those words are written on our office walls. Across cultures, across countries, coffee has always been more than a drink. Coffee culture is not new, and its importance in society is well-documented. It’s a conversation, a community, a daily ritual. If FiXX, as a coffee supplier, is fortunate enough to be part of that daily ritual, we believe our business should give back to the communities that make it possible. Nothing is done in isolation.

What It Took?

It wasn’t easy — and that’s exactly the point.

The certification process is thorough. Exactly how you hope all certifications like this should be. It required documentation, reflection, and legal statutory changes. It demanded we review policies, strengthen our processes, and have conversations about equity, environmental impact, governance, and transparency.

We operate under the Designed to Give impact model, one of several recognised frameworks within the B Corp community and the one that aligns most with us, because giving back has always been important, whether through partnerships, donations, or supporting causes that matter to our communities.

What’s Next?

This is not a finish line. It’s a commitment to continuous improvement. Certification must be renewed, standards evolve, and expectations, no doubt, will and should rise.

FiXX wants to attract people who value excellence — not only in what they drink, but in who they support. From individual consumers to wholesale customers, trade partners, and team members, this certification signals one simple thing: we are serious about how we do business.

FiXX is now part of a global community proving that profit and purpose are not opposing forces – they can go hand in hand. And that is something we are proud to put our name to.
