FiXX Single Origin #59 is a sweet and fruity, speciality coffee from the Northern Province of Zambia. This region has ideal conditions for growing Arabica coffee due to its proximity to the equator and high altitudes. It is produced by the Kateshi Coffee Estate, one of Zambia's oldest coffee estates, established in 1972. During harvest, double handpicking is used to select the best cherries and ensure consistency. These cherries are then fermented in sealed tanks for 24 hours before being dried on raised beds in thin layers while regularly being turned over for 3-4 weeks to ensure even drying. The resulting coffee is full-bodied with sweet fruitiness.
