FiXX Single Origin - Nicaragua, Santa Luz, Matagalpa

FiXX Single Origin #52 is a stunning, natural processed coffee from Nicaragua. Hailing from the fertile soil of the Matagalpa mountains, Hacienda Santa Luz is a Rainforest Alliance-certified farm renowned for higher-yielding, disease-resistant coffee varietals. The cherries of the H3 variety used in this coffee are picked by hand when very ripe, before drying at a consistent low temperature to create fruity flavours of blueberry, raspberry, and watermelon, accompanied by floral and vanilla notes.
