FiXX Single Origin #63 is an exceptional coffee from the beautiful Nandi County in Kenya, known for its temperate climate and rich, fertile soils. It has been produced by Great Rift Coffee, a company dedicated to creating a sustainable coffee supply chain by supporting local farmers and improving processing practices in the North Rift region. Grown under shade trees to mimic natural forests, Great Rift Coffee also promotes biodiversity by cultivating additional crops and indigenous trees. The hand-picked cherries are processed using the washed method, resulting in a clean body with well-balanced flavours of brown sugar sweetness, blackcurrant notes, and a chocolate-orange finish.
