FiXX Single Origin #60 is a beautiful washed coffee from Guatemala. Hailing from the Huehuetenango region, located in the western part of the country, this area is known for its diverse terrain, volcanic soils, and high altitudes, which all contribute to its unique flavour profile. Coffees from this area are given the name Waykan, meaning "star, or light that shines in the sky at night", in the local Maya Q'qnjobal dialect, showing the importance and respect given to coffee production by the local Indigenous community. This coffee has been processed using the washed method to bring crisp acidity and great clarity to the unique flavours of the region, including notes of grape, toffee, and almond.
