FiXX Single Origin #65 is an outstanding coffee from the birthplace of Arabica coffee, Ethiopia, hailing from the renowned coffee-producing district of Yirgacheffe. Located in the Gedeo Zone of southern Ethiopia, this region boasts the perfect combination of high altitude and mineral-rich red clay soil, leading to unique flavour profiles. After being hand-picked, the mostly shade-grown cherries have been processed using the washed method at the Dumerso Washing Station. Established in 2013 by sisters Hirut and Mahder Birhanu, washed coffees are Dumerso’s speciality. The resulting coffee is a very unique and clean cup with prominent flavours of jasmine, bergamot and chocolaty mint-choc, subtle citric acidity and a light body.
