FiXX Single Origin #62 is an incredible, natural processed coffee from Colombia. Hailing from the Acevedo in the Huila region of southern Colombia. This area sits high in the Andes mountains, meaning the days are hot and the nights are cool, creating the perfect environment for growing fantastic Arabica coffee. This coffee comes to us from the Cuatro Vientos Siete Soles drying facility, founded in 2018 by Julian & Yonatan Gonzalez. It is a blend of varieties, handpicked by smallholder producers and their families. The cherries have then been dried using the natural process, resulting in an intensely fruity coffee with a boozy, spiced rum acidity and a smooth, treacle-like finish.
