200ml FiXX Seattle
Fresh Whipped Cream
In a cafetiere, brew 30g of FiXX Seattle in 500ml of boiling water for 3-4min. In a heat-proof glass add 25ml of Brandy and 25ml of Cointreau followed by 200ml of your brewed FiXX. Top with a generous dollop of fresh whipped cream. Then using a fine grater, finish with orange zest and chocolate. Enjoy.
Like a big warm hug from a spiced bar of chocolate, the Choc-Chai is the hassle-free way to tantalise your tastebuds. Combining the fragrant spices of Mumbai Railway Chai and the intense chocolate sensation of Abyss. It's utterly yum in a mug.
In your favourite mug, add the Chai and chocolate powder with a splash of hot milk or water. Mix well until you've created a nice paste. Then simple top up with your milk of choice (heated, never boiled), and stir to combine. Enjoy!
White Peruvian🥛🥛 . . . Creativity is often part inspiration, part innovation. The inspiration in this case coming from recently rewatching The Big Lebowski🎳 and the unavoidable desire to drink White Russians that comes with it. The innovation comes from my recent cold brewing of our award-winning FiXX Organic blend. Coming from small, organic farms in Peru, the cold brew process brought out strong chocolate🍫 notes and was almost begging to be a cocktail base. Of course, I couldn't refuse, and so, the White Peruvian was born. . . To begin, submerge 60g of coarsely ground FiXX Organic in 500ml of water for 18hrs. It's best to do this in the fridge in an airtight container. Next, strain your coffee and marvel at the intense chocolatey aroma. You've now got your base and are ready to rock. Is it a drink? Or is it a dessert? Who cares - it's delicious, is the correct answer. This recipe is about as simple as you can hope for, while also being as tasty as can be.
- Scoop your ice-cream into a glass, cup or bowl and pour over your coffee. It's that simple.
Sprinkle with chocolate if you like. A drizzle of caramel sauce perhaps. How about topping it with flaked almonds or chopped hazelnuts.
Substitute the vanilla ice-cream with a different flavour.
Add a splash of Irish Cream Liqueur for the adults. There are so many ways to play with this recipe that are foolproof. Knowing where to stop will be the tricky part.

Choose your own adventure with this Vegan Coffee Smoothie🥤. Choose to start your day on the healthy side of things with banana🍌 and wholegrain oats🌾. Or, do what we all know we want, and replace the oats with (vegan) ice cream🍨 and add some chocolate🍫 sauce while you're at it! Sprinkle with some cinnamon, and away you go!
Simply combine all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add more #Bonsoy or FiXX to your liking. Finish with chocolate sauce and/or cinnamon.
½ cup (120ml) of your favourite FiXX ☕, chilled ½ cup (120ml) of Bonsoy 1 banana 🍌 - peeled, sliced and frozen the night before ¼ cup (25g) of rolled oats (or (vegan) vanilla ice cream 🍨🍨🍨)

Espresso Ginger Ale
Espresso Ginger Ale 🥃
Refreshingly crisp and invigorating, while being straightforward to prepare. This delicious drink can be enjoyed on a hot summers day, or by adding some rum, on a long summers evening.
-Double shot of FiXX espresso (approx 50ml)☕
-Ginger ale (150ml or to taste)
-Wedge of lemon and lime 🍋
-Fresh mint 🌿
-Black or Spiced Rum (optional) 25ml
In a large glass, squeeze and add the wedges of lemon and lime. Scrunch and add 3 large leaves of fresh mint. If adding rum, do so now and stir to combine the flavours. Next, fill the glass with ice and add your ginger ale, leaving room at the top for your coffee. Finally, slowly add your FiXX espresso. If you don't have the means to make espresso, strong brewed coffee will also work well. Garnish with fresh mint, lemon and lime, stir and serve.
With the long weekend upon us, the 🧚flavour elves🧚 at FiXX got busy formulating concoctions. And they've unearthed a new cold brew cocktail for your enjoyment. It involves bringing your long-game, but it's worth it. We call it the Cold Cubano.
First step, is to make your 🧊 cold brew. We used the simple to do at home, immersion method:
Put 60g of coarsely ground FiXX Cubano in a large container with 1lt of cold water🚰.
Mix so as all the coffee gets wet, then cover and leave to sit for 18 hours (if you do this step in the fridge, make sure you have an airtight container).
Next, strain to remove all the coffee grinds. Paper filters work best if you have one. If you are familiar with FiXX Cubano, you'll be amazed by the change in flavour profile the cold brew process brings.
Now for the fun part! Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the following...

Shake well, pour into a chilled martini glass 🍸 and enjoy (responsibly, of course).
When does summer start?🤷♂️🤷♀️ . . Well, for me May 1st has always been the official first day of summer 😎. But to my Australian wife, it's December 1st, which after a quick hemispherical adjustment, becomes June 1st. And as right as I know I think I am, I know my wife continues to be more right about most things. Luckily, I have discovered a delicious answer to this straightforward question. . So, when does summer start? It starts, with an Oslo Sangria 🤩. . . This recipe will work best, using coffee on the fruitier side of the flavour spectrum. I've opted for our award-winning FiXX Oslo (FiXX Seattle and FiXX Lisbon work well too - available at fixxcoffee.com). Submerge 60g of coarsely ground FiXX Oslo in cold water in an airtight container and refrigerate for 18hrs. After this, strain the grinds, and you've got your cold brew base. Next, you'll need... . . -50ml FiXX Oslo cold brewed -100ml fruity red wine🍷(e.g. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot) -15ml simple syrup (made dissolving sugar in water 1:1) -Soda water 💦 -Ice 🧊 . . . In a tall glass with ice, combine the cold brew, wine and syrup. Stir, and top up with soda water to taste 🍹. Garnish with your favourite berries, welcome the coming of summer and enjoy (responsible, of course).
