In a cafetiere, brew 30g of FiXX Seattle in 500ml of boiling water for 3-4min. In a heat-proof glass add 25ml of Brandy and 25ml of Cointreau followed by 200ml of your brewed FiXX. Top with a generous dollop of fresh whipped cream. Then using a fine grater, finish with orange zest and chocolate. Enjoy.
