FiXX is excited to welcome back the exquisite coffees of Kenya this November. Hailing from Kirinyaga County, situated in the foothills of Mount Kenya, this area’s rich crimson volcanic soil provides ideal conditions for the coffee plants to thrive. After being handpicked, sorted and de-pulped, the green coffee beans are fermented under shade for 16-24 hours. They are then washed, soaked and sun-dried on hessian beds for 20 days. The resulting coffee is bright and juicy with blueberry, lychee, and caramel flavours.
