We are thrilled to introduce our first FiXX Single Origin coffee from India. This coffee is sourced from the Ratnagiri Estate in southern India's Western Ghats mountain range. The farm is Rainforest Alliance certified and operates in an environmentally-friendly manner using organic and biodynamic methods passed down through generations. This washed coffee has undergone an extended anaerobic fermentation process, resulting in a delicious blend of flavours that include melon, mango, and chocolate.
