This beautiful coffee comes from El Ingenio, located in the Cordillera de Apaneca Mountain range in El Salvador. Run by the Urrutia family for six generations since 1875, their farm estate is a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve and this fantastic, washed coffee comes with a Rainforest Alliance certification. This is a genuinely delicious offering with notes of toffee, plum and apple, all with a great body.
