FiXX Single Origin #47 comes from the incredibly rich volcanic soils of Sumatra, Indonesia. This outstanding coffee has been grown by the Koerintji Barokah Bersama Cooperative, who live and farm at the foot of Mount Kerinci amidst 452 active volcanoes! Established in 2017, this cooperative of 320 members embraces tradition while innovating with new processing methods. Their latest offering has been processed using the anaerobic honey method, resulting in a coffee with a unique fruity, wine-like profile.
