FiXX Single Origin #49 is a treasure from the family-owned and operated Finca Chejoj, nestled at the base of the majestic mountains in the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala. The coffee cherries, grown with care, undergo a fermentation process up to 35 hours after being handpicked. Then, they are washed three times until the green bean is pristine and ready for roasting. This fully washed method results in clean chocolate, fresh cascara, and sugar cane flavours, accompanied by a tangy acidity and mellow sweetness.
