Our Commitment

Our Coffee

At FiXX Coffee, we take a proactive and collaborative approach to ensuring our business and supply chains operate ethically. We support the Ethical Trade Initiative (ETI), which promotes respect for workers’ rights around the globe. We import all UTZ certified coffee (now includes Rainforest Alliance, RFA). We operate with a high level of sustainability awareness in our company culture.  

Our Environment 

We have developed a Sustainability & Environmental Action Plan (SEAP). In our SEAP, we are committing to implement innovative actions across our supply chain, as well as exploring energy and waste minimisation, in order to improve our overall sustainability. We are already compliant in terms of compostability and recyclability of the packaging we use. 

Our Community

We are engaged in our local community by supporting The Musical Youth Foundation, Focus Ireland, and Cancer Ireland Research Trials. We also engage with the coffee community and are active members of World Coffee Research, whose mission is to grow, protect, and enhance supplies of quality coffee while improving the livelihoods of the families who produce it.

Our Commitment 

We are committed to: 

• Developing our Sustainability & Environmental Action Plan in support of this policy and pursuing continuous improvement of our practices through specific annual initiatives
• Complying with all relevant environmental legislation that applies to our operation
• Prioritising suppliers who can demonstrate ethical trade credentials 
• Using recyclable and compostable options for our takeaway coffee cups and coffee capsules
• Identifying customers with an aligned ethos to our own   

This policy has been integrated throughout the company and is available for public review. It will be reviewed on a regular basis together with the Sustainability and Environmental Action Plan, to ensure continued relevance, to monitor progress and drive continual improvement.
