Café de Cuba sets up Virtual Coffee Stall in Cyberspace!

This message is sent in the spirit of positivity and as part of Good News Friday – a whole day dedicated to good news.

Fixx Coffee is now part of the world’s first 3D Virtual Farmers Market (VFM) since Cafe de Cuba took a virtual coffee stall selling its premium coffees.   Café de Cuba joins more than 40 other small producers from around the UK that form the Virtual Farmers’ Market in cyberspace.  The VFM is set to shake-up the way we shop for food & drink online by bringing the farmers’ market experience into people’s homes via a totally new 3D world.

The VFM is a fabulous new website that, using the latest games technology, allows people to ‘stroll around’ a 3D farmers’ market world, where they can ‘meet’ the people that produce their food & drink via video streams and buy delicious produce from the comfort of their own home, with a Virtual Farmer helping to guide them around!

The VFM showcases amazing producers from all over the country and the shopping experience is just like popping down to your local farmers’ market were you now can have access to the best independently produced food & drink from all around the UK at your fingertips.

Unlike with ordinary online shopping, the VFM allows you to virtually ‘walk’ around the farmers’ market and ‘visit’ the individual stalls, just like you would at a real life farmers market.  The video streams that have been put together by the individual producers allow you to find out how your food & drink has been made, meet the face behind it all and listen to their brilliant stories.  To learn more of the stories of Cafe de Cuba’s coffees’ check it out at www.vfmuk.com
