Summer has arrived!

A great time to enjoy a deliciously refreshing “Coffee on the Rocks” and cool down and chill out with your Fixx in the sun.

Coffee on the Rocks
Make a pot of freshly ground Fixx coffee.
Add sugar to taste while the coffee is hot. (or alternatively try honey or cinnamon sticks)
Cool coffee in fridge for 2-3 hours.
Fill a tall glass with coffee cubes ice cubes and pour over chilled coffee.
Add milk or cream as desired.

Coffee Ice Cubes
Use coffee ice cubes for your espresso iced drinks so that the drinks only taste better as the ice melts.
Prepare the coffee, cool and add to your ice cube tray. For a little fun why not add a coffee bean to each cube (don’t forget to let your guests know…).
Alternatively mix cooled coffee and cream together and freeze. As this cubes melt a marble effect will follow.
