On the twelfth day of Christmas
My true love sent to me
Twelve drummers drumming,
Eleven pipers piping,
Ten Lords a leaping,
Nine ladies dancing,
Eight maids a milking,
Seven swans a swimmng,
Six geese a laying
Five golden rings
Four calling birds
Three French hens
Two turtle doves
And a partridge in a pear tree…..

So…. the dinner and desserts have all been polished off, but there is always room for a Coffee Liqueur…..
The problem is, which one to enjoy first!

Irish Coffee
1 cup of coffee
1 shot of Irish Whiskey
1 teaspoon of brown sugar
Whipped cream
Grated Chocolate or cinnamon to taste, (optional)
Preheat the glass by rinsing with hot water, drain and dry.
Add 1 teaspoon of sugar and pour in the whiskey.
Add hot coffee, leaving room at the top for the cream.
Spoon the whipped cream over the hot coffee but don’t mix in.
Sprinkle with grated chocolate if desired.
Enjoy!

Amaretto Coffee
1 cup of coffee
1 shot of brandy
1 shot of Amaretto
Whipped cream
Preheat the glass by rinsing with hot water, drain and dry.
Add Brandy and Amaretto.
Add hot coffee and top with cream and toasted almonds.
Enjoy!

Baileys Coffee
1 shot of Baileys
1 cup of hot coffee
Whipped cream
Preheat the glass by rinsing with hot water, drain and dry.
Add the Bailey and the hot coffee while continuously mixing.
Using the back of a warm spoon pour over the softly whipped cream.
Enjoy!

Add some festive fun to your coffees and spice them up with some delicious warming cinnamon.
Cinnamon Cappuccino
- Double shot of espresso
- 2 pump of Sweetbird Cinnamon syrup
Top with a good textured heated milk and a sprinkling of cocoa or chocolate powder.
Cinnamon & Chocolate Mocha
- Double shot of espresso
- 1 oz.Chocolate sauce
- 1/2 pumps of Cinnamon syrup
- Approx 8oz milk
- Steamed textured milk
Mix chocolate sauce and cinnamon together and steam the milk
Extract 2 shots of espresso over the chocolate and cinnamon base and add the steamed milk
Cinnamon Latte
- Double shot of espresso
- 2 pumps of Sweetbird Cinnamon Syrup
- Steamed milk
Combine the espresso, honey and syrup. Top with milk.
For an extra treat add 1 tablespoon of honey for a Cinnamon and Honey Latte
Warm Cinnamon Delight
- 1 1/2 pumps of Sweetbird Chai syrup
- 1 pump of Sweetbird Cinnamon syrup
- Steamed milk
Combine syrups, top with milk and top with whipped cream and cinnamon sprinkles
